Dr. Amy Kochersberger, DC, CACCP

Dr. Amy Kochersberger is a regional leader in Women’s and family healthcare.

Her dedication to professional development and postdoctoral education has distinguished her in the field as well as made her a sought-after lecturer on perinatal chiropractic care for healthcare organizations and community wellness groups.

In addition to being Webster Technique and Spinning Babies certified, Dr. Kochersberger has extensive knowledge and training in postpartum care including pelvic floor and diastasis rehab. She is also certified in pediatric chiropractic, and has expertise in infant feeding, lactation-related issues, and tongue tie/TOTs (Tethered Oral Tissues).

Dr. Kochersberger’s professional practice is deeply informed by her personal life as a mother of five. She understands the chiropractic needs of patients from preconception through postpartum, as well as the individual needs of children at different stages of development. She finds her work-life balance through her love of family, reading, plants, and gardening.

E. Daniel Quatro, DC

Dr. Quatro is a board-certified chiropractor with over 30 years of full-time clinical experience, and former owner of Quatro Chiropractic, PC.

He has worked as a Medical Director for MVP and consulted for several health care organizations on quality care and treatment guideline initiatives. Dr. Quatro served as a board member and past president of the New York State Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Quatro holds a Primary Spine Care certification and has been an advocate in his profession, and community, for patient-centered spine care for his entire professional career. He has been a volunteer in urban ministry for the past five years and is a past board member of the Flower City Arts Center. He serves on a committee at Excellus tasked with developing a value-based reimbursement method for quality spine care. He is the father of two lovely daughters, and avid fly fisherman and cyclist as well as an accomplished potter.

Mitchell J. Long, DC, MS

Dr. Mitch Long has a passion for human movement influenced by his past as a varsity athlete.

He looks to combine his clinical knowledge with his athletic experience to create a patient-centered care experience focused on long-term, functional lifestyle goals.

Dr. Long graduated as the recipient of the Ernest G. Napolitano Memorial Award for his various leadership roles which he has continued into private practice. He has served on several committees within the New York State Chiropractic Association and American Chiropractic Association with emphasis on interprofessional collaboration and professional development.

Away from the office Dr. Long enjoys woodworking with hand tools and spending time outdoors with his wife, Ary, also a chiropractor, and their dog Buster.

Dr. Kelsey Pierce, DC

Dr. Kelsey Pierce strives to empower her RFC patients through a unique blend of evidence-informed chiropractic care, intentional communication, and meaningful education.

She is dedicated to purposeful professional interactions, demonstrated by her co-authorship of a published study on patient-provider exchanges leading to positive clinical outcomes.

Dr. Pierce exemplifies the RFC mantra that “Movement is Medicine.” Her wellness journey began as a professional dancer and Pilates instructor, and it has continued in her years as a chiropractor.

She is certified in Webster Technique and has completed post-graduate coursework in pediatric and perinatal care, as well as in Spinning Babies techniques. She also has extensive training in myofascial therapy to support dancers and athletes as they train, perform, compete, and recover. Dr. Pierce strives to bring leadership, clear communication and excellence to each of her patients every day.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Zola. You can often find her exploring the Finger Lakes and hiking in the Adirondacks with her family.

Katie Gookin

Office Manager

Katie has been a member or our team since 2016. She joined Quatro Chiropractic after moving to Rochester with her family, from the mid west and has been a part of our family ever since.

After beginning as a receptionist, Katie rapidly moved up to office management and patient billing advocate.

Katie is exceptional at working with, and for, our patients. She is adept at working with insurers to ensure patients get the coverage they need for their care. Katie has been an asset in helping develop our office technology to ensure easy access to appointments and providing clinical information to patients or other providers when necessary.

Patients have on several occasions expressed how happy they are that Katie followed us to Rochester Family Chiropractic! We assure them that no one is happier than we are!

Abby Lamark

Patient Care Coordinator / Billing Assistant

We have been working with Abby since 2020 and are thrilled to have her at RFC!
Abby joined us at our new location in 2022.

Abby has a long history of being part of a health care team. She has served as a
provider assistant, in reception, and has rapidly moved up to medical billing and
care coordination.

Abby has a kind, calm demeanor and been well received by our patient family. She is skilled at working with insurers and offers important advocacy on the part of our patients to ensure that they get the coverage they deserve.

Abby has been invaluable in helping develop billing policy and procedure, helping to select specialized software for billing to ensure patients get timely, accurate coverage for their health care needs.

Abby is a life-long resident of Rochester and a 2014 graduate of Aquinas Institute. She earned her BA from Nazareth University and has a strong interest in studio arts.
